No foreign captain is not required instead M/s KPS Gill and Party should be immediately sacked from IHF it has been long 12 years since KPS gill has been at the helm of IHF and instead of imrovement it has gone down the drain and Indian Hockey has reached its Nadir. It is high time some able Former Hockey Player/Olympian takes over IHF, It is different ball game to fight Terrorism than Manage a sports Body.
