how to harmonize the relationship between our work and family?

If you two have some jobs that take you a lot of time you should try to make some time for yourselves because time is passing and you get old and the relationship without communication could break. But if you spend too much together you could get bored and some things could repeat and this not too good too. It depends on your family Status.If your husband earns a lot and works all day,you should do housework than him.if he is not busy ,he should share housework with you.

I think you should remember you work for family so the priority is always family and if it takes from family then it must return more than it takes.
