To open up an e-gold account, go to their site to register:

When your e-gold account reaches at least $10 you can exchange this to
cash through www.pinoygoldexchange.net
When exchanging to pinoygoldexchange (pgx), transfer your e-gold first
to their account then inform them by filling up this
form:http://www.pinoygoldexchange.net/
As of this time, PGX will only do bank deposits and bank wire transfers
to the following banks.

? Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
? BPI Family Bank
? Equitable-PCI Bank
? Metro Bank
