yogas and pranayams the one which are thought by baba ramdev ji..i do his pranayams and it is very useful.

i think GYMNASIUM is quite expensive not only for money but time consuming too. yoga and aerobics makes our body flexible for a long time, whereas GYM makes us fit for a small duration up to which we had joined, afterwards tummy gets.

yoga good for health - yoga good for health
Depends what you are hoping to acheive. Yoga is more relaxation based whereas aerobics is focussed on increasing energy levels. Yoga also works on stretching the muscles( even days )ans aerobics (Odd days) for getting your heart rate up and burning calories.
