how much do you use your Brain

normally our brain use only 1% of the grey matter in it.even the most well known scientist Albert Einstien used abt 5% of the brain.so how will u increase the capacity of the brain.

I'm a normal person, don't know how much I used. I think there are courses now to increase the capacity.
