how essential is jogging these days?

Jogging is a very good exercise, u can become fit, and u can have a good healthy system, i would recommend that jogging to be done in the morning time since u get some fresh air to breath.

jogging helps us to get better health. it's good for the heart. keeps our breathing well. it's also good for old people. keeps their heart strong and conditioned.
