proper use of internet

PROPER USE OF INTERNET How to use Internet is one the major concerns of Internet user. Is it chat ,mailing, creating web pages of your own? or Is it education tool for everyone? or Is it puzzle for us? or Is there a proper order to know it? Please suggest me on this topics. These are the common questions people ask me and I found myself helpless. I have read Internet books also but It is difficult to make other understand. I am interested practically to know from MYLOT USERS.

hi,any thing that we use properly,its ok...but there is another side of every comfort,if we use in negetive side,there is a abnormal negetive effects...so use net carefully......

I am not scared just puzzled and I do not want many people suffering like me. They need some confidence while using internet. After all we all are going to do some kind of money transaction using internet.

You look confident so I choose your answer as best. Doubt is the only problem in internet. You cannot accept internet with doubt. My puzzle was real and I have posted it confidently.
