How to end terrorism and bring peace in the world.

The politicians must be taught spirituality.
Businessman must be taught sociability.
Religious leaders must be taught secularity.
This is what lacking in the world. Could this be attained?

Yes, but it would be a difficult task. You are asking people to be objective and allow an opposing view to have equal weight to their own. This is fundamentaly extremely difficult for the human mind to do. The human mind is hard wired to use bias as a means to make decisions. The human mind instictively thinks one-dimensionally, focusing on only one aspect at a time and disregarding all other elements and factors to their point of view. I have recently read this book called "The Thinker's Toolkit". The book explains wonderfully why humans make bad decisions. Bad decisions are the reason why ending terrorism and bringing peace to the world would be such monumental task.
