How will House get out of that mess.

I finally got to watch last week's episode and I have to wonder just how House is going to get out of the hole he's dug. Tritter offered him a deal and then took it away because he no longer needs Wilson to testify (House got caught taking a dead patient's pain pills). I know he's going to get out of it, he's the star of the show and it would be stupid to take away his license and put him in prison, but I don't know how.

hello my fellow house watchers...so sorry to have to be the one to tell you this but I heard from a reliable source that DR. house wanted too much money to do another season of the show so they are going to pull the plug...it really sucks if that is what they do...I really love this show but it does explain the whole thing that is going on now

this year isn't the first season, I believe this is the 3rd season. I hope as wellthat the poster is misinformed, this is one of my favorite shows. I love medical shows that have more meat to them than just saving people. House, Grey's Anatomy...my faves.

I sure hope you are misinformed. It would be a shame and a disappointment to only have one season of House. I actually love all the characters, not just House. It is an amazing show and would be missed terribly.

I can't stand that cop they have on there now. It makes me not want to watch the show.

I think the producers realized the screwed up when they got rid of House's first nemesis Vogler. I hated the guy but have to admit he gave the show added drama.

I don't think Vogler was that important, he was only in 5 episodes in season 1. Anyway having a nemesis is always good for super heroes it brings out the best in them.

I have no idea how he's going to get out of it. I think while he's in court, he will probably end up saving a patient's life over the phone. The judge will see how great a dr he is and will force him to take rehab to keep his license. Boy, House sure is stubborn. LOL.

I'm just hoping it's not like the second season finale and it turns out it was all a dream. That would make me mad.

Oh yes, I am excited too! I love that show!! And, like you said, they can't put him in jail, he's the star

I think that IF he did end up in jail, it would be the season finale and then when it comes back for the premeire for the next season, it would pick up with him getting out of jail.

What no more House? I can't have that. I live on that show. I can't beleive that. I really hate the cop guy he is on a trip for sure. I really hope that he does not get to win this battle.

This past summer he signed a new contract, so I don't see why he would leave.

I have heard nothing of House leaving the show. If he were, we'd all be in morning - hehe. Any ways, I love watching house. I do agree, however, that he needs to do the time to match the crime. I also agree that if he goes to jail, it should be at the end of the season, and then when the new season starts, he's on his way out, and they slowly show us how he was able to get out. I was thinking that while he's in court something will happen to somenone there, and House will save that person's life and because of that the judge will change his mind. House won't go to jail, but to rehab and still have phone rights, so that he can try to help over the phone. Of course the calls should be supervised, just to be sure. Also, members of his staff should be able to visit if there's an emergency at the hospital and they need to show House x-rays, test results, etc. Maybe while he's in rehab he'll help a patient, in secrecy, and the patient tells the other patients, and House becomes like a king in the rehab, and he's just lovin' it. Just a thought.

He will get out of it somehow. There would not be a show otherwise.

I think he'll do his rehab and then find some way to get back at Tritter. A totally cliche way of doing it would have been for House to save either Tritter or someone close to Tritter while high. However, that's not gonna happen. I think the fact that House will have completed rehab will make it easier on him.

i think he will go to rehab OR either that cop will have something happen to him and House will reluctantly save him and the cop will help him out of it
