I am looking for Tv that was made in 1989 and model number is X13131EB. The TV willnt go pass channel 13. It's really cute tv. We dont know if we should buy one of them unviersal remote control and see if the cable is switch on or does any one have any ideas how to get this tv to go pass 13 please help
