The most important quality I think is that he should have many fans and he should be fammous.

I think, if they want to have a long, successful career, they need to be able to play a variety of roles. Stars like Kathy Bates or Christopher Walken aren't going to get by on their looks but land roles because they can do everything from horror to comedy.
