is a Alberta bldg permit needed for a 16'x28' movable structure built on 5 runs of laminated 2x6 (3 per skid) placed on 4 ft intervals. 5/8 OSB tying it together with 2x8 running perpendicular to the skids on 16" centers, including 2x4 blocking to support sheets at 4' joins. Structure has bathroom.
