U.S.A. and Usama Binladin.Why the could not track him.

The United States could not track Usama, for two reasons.
1. Is either after the attack, Usama decided to kill himself or
2. The U.S. security have fail them as the world police not been able to track down Usama.
Believe it or not it is either one of the above.

Apparently the USA have had many opportunities to capture Bin Laden after 2001, however they've chose not to. You can believe anything these days though.
