Gosh our back yard has snow drifts covering our 5ft. fence. the front yard is piled half past the windows. Cars are littered throughout our neighborhood streets in random spots. Our dog a yellow lab dissapeared trying to take a peepee LOL. Its amazing. I havent seen snow like this in probably never. I remember some that were close maybe comaparable but not worse. I am a native so when I was young we had more snow heavy like this but now when it comes since its so seldome its creepy. My drive home was scary as can be. White outs all the way. It took me 1 and 1/2 hours to go 25 miles. and I was a lucky one.

Yep, ours was about the same all around. It took me about 1 1/2 hours to get home yesterday too......We had 4-5 drifts on our driveway, it took about 4 hours to shovel. My car got stuck in the snow trying to drive up my driveway.

I have been thinking of all of you in the blizzard. I have been feeling really sorry for all of you that has been getting all that snow. Where I live it has been warmer than normal. So far we have been lucky, I hope our luck holds out for the rest of the winter. I live in Northern Ohio so we get the snow and cold.

We have not had any snow here. We had maybe like an inch in the beginning of the month but nothing else. I'm highly disappointed. I wanted snow for Christmas. I love having a white Christmas.

We were supposed to get part of this storm here in Iowa, but it all went north of us this time. Thank goodness! I feel for you poor people with all that snow and power outages and having to travel for Christmas. I'll say a prayer for you!
