Potty Training

How young is to young to potty train? Do you think it is different for boys and girls?

Not sure what's too young -- but I have two sons and a daughter, and my daughter was much easier to potty train. My daughter is our youngest, so maybe we were better at training her, having been through it before, but she seemed much more responsive to training than the boys.
