I have been reading AJAX in news from last many days? What is Ajax? What is web 2.0? Is AJAX and web 2.0 same?

NO man. I am talking about AJAX in internet. I heard that all the websites are now shifting to AJAX now a days. GMAIL is Ajax based.

As far as i know AJAX is a combination of javascript and XML, it is not a perticular language, its a technology applied on java script enhancement. thank you

Ajax is also a programming laugage used in web design. The newest of couse is Ruby on Rails but as I am still trying to learn Html and Php I dont worry about it
