Do we need to be in a romantic relationship to be happy?

No, definitely not. I am happy whether I'd eventually be involved in a romantic relationship or not.

well i guess you can look at this in many ways. It's really hard to find the neutral point to give an opinion on this topic cause either you've been in a relationship or not.

ofcourse. we were born without it and still we survived and we were happy. however, as for me, with my boyfriend, i am happier than before. he added more level of happiness in my life. depends on the person maybe. but i am happier now with the romantic relationship i have with the man i love.

we dont need to be in a romantic relation for evrything to be nice and for you to be happy but you ahve to understand each other and that is the only thing that is needed.even if both the partners are not romantic if they understand each other the relation will be a hit.

I agree! But having someone is great, knowing that someone loves and cares for you so much. But when the time comes that everything is wrong and breaking up is already the most inevitable thing that could happen, it just comes down to tears and all that. So i guess, romantic realtionship isn't always happy :)
