Many companies follows certain dress code. Most of the companies want their employees to were formals. Once my friend was caught for wearing jeans. Is it really required for a company to follow dress code? I heard google employees need not follow any dress code. Is there any bad image for google because of that? Then why should other companies follows a dress code?

I think a lot of them require dress code for the purpose of displaying professionalism when customers come into the company. Most companies have dress codes, BUT offer casual fridays to wear jeans.

i feel a dress code is necessary or else there would be no difference between wat we wear to work and wat we wear formally.
