I have a girlfriend for 10 years already but I dont have plan to marry with her. She insist we should. Can you sa something about it? Please suggest.

Love is purely a personal intimate relationship. There is absolutely no necessity to make it public to get accolades. It is between you and your gf to decide this matter and not to implement our suggestions. Your conscience and it is only your conscience that should decide.
