this problem i m suffering after i have delivered a baby.actually i got depressed after my delivery.everything was changed.my lifestyle,my physical structure. i know everywoman goes thru this but for the fist time actually its difficult coz u r unknown of it. anybody can help...

First this is keep up good health of you and your baby by keeping all the worries away. Take good food. Chat with people whom you like. Do some exercises after taking advice from the doctors. Divert your attention to other areas like reading good books. Try to do meditation for 30 to 45 minutes in a day. Have confidence in your self and have courage and conviction that you lead the life like you want.
