In my opinion it has but needs to improved much more.As in case of Jessica lal's it took nearly 10 year to get justice.Thanks to the Media as well as the Supporter who did not gave up.There r lots of other people who r suffering to fight against the high profile people who have the power as well as the money to change the case.Plz send me ur opinion's or stories that r not heard out.
