State Of Indian Road's

India

India is a vast country , hence it is virtually impossible to construct roads which can take u to every single village/gram . Similarly it is very difficult to maintain whatsoever roads already built. Condition of roads : 1. National highways specialy in nothern region of India are well maintained. 2. In certain states like Gujrat and Maharhshtra the ghats have been almost vanished becoz of proper planning of the new routes. The roads built on these routes go on cutting the mountains and making tunnels through them to minimise the ghats. These roads are also well maintained, the reason behind this is that these roads are being given to private contractors for a certain period of time in which they have to mantain these roads and also they earn money by collecting toll tax. 3. Certain states in India have worst roads u may ever travel on in this world even the national highways connecting these states with other states r horrible. For e.g. when u leave from Nagpur i.e. in Maharashatra to Chhindwara i.e. in MP, when we reach the border the two states the people sleeping in the cars straight away say are we on the roads of MP now. I hope the above article clearly shows both the beautiful and ugly shades of the Indian roads. PLz suggest the measures which may help in improving the current situation.
