What age is old enough to get a tatoo?

i would say 18 as it is in most states now because when i was 16 i would have gotten a tattoo and would have regreted it because now i think some of the things i wouldve wanted i am not into anymore.

16 is too young. Sixteen year olds are not mature enough to make a decision that is going to affect them for the rest of their lives.
