do u drink water surplous? its necessary for a human to have 3-4 litres of water per day! and moreover, v must hav 300 ml of water in the early morning as soon as brushing ur teeth..... it really serves u by preventing from any sin allergies and pimples like stuffs!!!!!!!! so i do it regularly!!! u tooooo try it!!!!!
