i think that's disgusting... and funny at the same time. i mean, come to think of it. it's the parents' responsibility to tame their children, right?
so, if the child behavior is unpleasant, the parents may not be very effective in terms of proper parenting.
but then, we can never really say for sure. i am not in the position to comment on how the mother is bringing up her son.
i don't even know if the people in the picture is related.
