hi this is the most common problem everybody is facing in todays life even i m facing it now after my delivery how one can really come out of it ..can anybody help me

You have to do some situp exercises, swing the hands left to right, rise the hands and lower it to touch the toes, lie down on the bed upside down lift the leg and push the hands to touch the toes. These exericses should help overcome the backpain. At this age, you should not be experiencing such things. While sitting on the chair, ensure that sitting position is proper. In Kitchen, if you are bending the body constantly, it may cause backache.

i dont think there is some magic needed to get rid of this prob......even i had this prob but recently i got a solution for this prob....not a permanent one but it surely helped......i started some simple exercises which hardly take 10mins from ur daily sched....and boom...i got instant relief.......and also if u make sure that u sleep in proper postures then also it helps.........try it
