you can get energy (chi) from many sources. First is from cosmos (air), second from nutritions and minerals. you can get also energy form positive thinking.

Energy is the ability to do work.Energy is obtained from the food we eat.Talking about another energy it is obtained indirectly from sun.Energy helps humans to do work.
