It depends on what you mean by Counselling. After major heart surgery the patient is offered Rehabilitation here in Australia. The program includes different exercises as well as some talks about diet, lifestyle changes and so on. I went with a friend and thought it was great plus the 'patients' were also able to assist by supporting each other.
