is this generation confused as to what career to opt for

i am myself an active member of this generation and think that the answer to this question is an emphatic "NO". we are a lot more conscious than the previous generation in this matter as we think locally but act globally. What's ur opinion, can u justufy it with proper reasons

As another "active" member of this generation I agree with you. I think that we are a lot more conscious about what we are going to do with our lives, particularly our careers. We chop and change to find our calling, unlike previous generations that stuck it out for a life time in a job they despised. Rather than make ourselves and everyone around us miserable we find something we are passionate about and put our heart and soul into that. As such I would say it was fair to describe us as a more passionate generation. For example, my partner is a builder, nw he could earn a lot more money doing another profession, but he LOVES his job. And as such is much happier with his life, therefore, we his family, are much happier...
