Where can I find my rating and how do ratings affect us? How do we get rated and how do I rate others?

the rating system is being changed by mylot now a days.As far as my knowledge is concerned it is the same as in front of ur name...ex-urs is 160 now.it increases with responses u have given and also can decreases with low quality discussions getting deleted regularly.

The + and - are for people to rate the discussion and the post. If you start a discussion and think that the reply is a good one (not whether or not you agree or disagree) then give it a plus. If you think that the responce is a poor one (like only one or two word answers) give is a minus. The ! is used to report abuse (replying with material that doesn't relate to the discussion, etc...) You can rate responces on your discussions and on others discussions.
