Alert sign in mylot

I sometimes see an alert sign when I log on to mylot, what does it mean? Did I do something wrong in my posts?

Sorry, I didn't meam to post it twice, simply when I was putting in the tags I presses the "Back" button, so I thought that this post will not be added to mylot, so I wrote it again.

You will see the Alert everytime MYLOT staff sends out a message. Its not only you who is targeted with that Alert but all the members of MYLOT. These are just important message MYLOT wants to convey to the Users. May it be a new update with MYLOT, Change in Guidelines, etc. So dont worry they are important just read them so that they can help you earn better.

Mylot sends out alerts whenever they have something to announce - new features, changes in existing featrues, etc. They go out to everyone, and they're important to read. Like this most recent one discusses changes in photo posting and photo ratings. It doesn't mean you've done anything wrong, they're just site update announcements. :D
