How do you bounce back from a bad day?

i just go to sleep.

Well, I try to think about why it was a bad day. Usually everything looks much better and brighter the next morning. A long soak in a very warm tub, some relaxing music or a great movie on the tv, some hot tea or cocoa, call & talk with a good friend or one of the kids. Then I go to sleep, tomorrow is a brand new day.
