Can Indian cricket team rise again in one day cricket?

Recent past, indian team has lost all the sereis played in home or outside home.
they have team in which they have experience but not temprament, they don't want to see india win .
is there no one in BCCI to look into the matter, BCCI is spending big money on all the players, it has to be noticed.

there are no reasons why it would not..any team can have bad times and the fortunes can swing the other way within a matter of a game..so for the fans of Indian cricket team..just be patient and I am sure with the right support and lots of hard work which i am sure the team must be putting in..the results would show sooner or later..
