I don't thk so that we are paid on starting a new discussion, but we are paid if we get responses on the discussions. how much we get on the response that i also don't know.

When you start a discussion and when that discussion gets a response then you will get credit for that discussions.I really dont start discussions anymore as i did in the past.However i do answer plenty.

That is a good question and sorry I don't have the answer either but I thought I would reply so that at least one of us will be making money hopefully.
