by performing savaasana one can get ultimate wisdom and peace of mind.the way of doing it is very simple.just lay down on bed(preferably on floor ) facing towards ceiling and leave all your body parts totally relaxed.then close your eyes and take deep breath.concentrate on your breathing .do it for 5-to 10 min in starting and increase it slowly by 1 min per day...

I do it every night. It´s a great way to relax. I started off with 3 minutes and am at 15 minutes now. I do it in bed at night because it helps me to get to sleep easier. My insomnia has decreased significantly by doing this every night.
