how can you say that your partner is cheating on you?

as a partner, we must always be loyat and true to one another... what if someone cheats?

I dont think that if any of the two is cheating, there is any way to end up in a quarell, coz the cheater knew well that he is cheating and he would never admits this instead he would try to blame the other one and so the blame game will go on....

I think that when you cheat someone you don't respect yourself and not even the other person. A relationship between peoples I think is based on respect, and if you cheat.. where is the respect? That relation MUST be ended before someone of them finds out that is cheated.
