bedtime routine

I noticed the other day I have a routine before going to bed. Im only 36 I thought those came later with pill holders with the days of the week on them.
Whats your routine?

My routine is to make a list when I get up, of all the things I have planned for the day. Sometimes I will do it the night before bed.

I think I will start with the list making , I am very goal orientated so if I write it down its a done deal(within reason)

I don't really have a routine, unless you call brushing my teeth a routine :-)
