"I want to propose her"

I met a girl in the bus.A that time we held good dialogues over some topics and she gave me her mobile phone number.
It has been about 3 months and I am regularly calling her.The call usually carry on upto 40 minutes daily.
She also looks very good over the phone and We know much about eachother.
The problem is I had not yet proposed her-Reason being I didnot met her after.
Now I cann,t wait more.I want to say her word of my heart but I don,t know how should I do that.
I need your help.Kindly pleaes tell me the ways to propose her such a way she never reject it.
I am going to meet her soon.

Your the second person to ask how to propose to a lady. Well you have to undestand there is no sure fire way to propose to her to guarantee success. When you do decide to meet, which will be unique in itself. Tell her all the things that make her so wonderful and how she fullfills your life, be sincere and confident. And then see what happens

The matter is Race. We r of different religions and I do not know whether her parents will like me or not
