Have you bought or thought about buying an air purifier?

I bought an oreck air purifier. Very expensive. I'm not really sure if is doing the job or not. What's your opinion of air purifiers?

The important part are on the inside, the more stages of filtration it has the more efective. I know one that is best from Carico company, if the one you have is of one stage of filtration I think you should change for a better one.
