please post or it can be dealing with any chicken . Jerk Chicken 4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast 2 teaspoon gralic powder 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers 1 teaspoon thyme leaves 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon mix all spices together and place in plastic bag add chicken pieces one at a time shake shake and shake grill chicken for about 5 minutes on each side or until done
