what do i need to start a women shelter and how i can i get goverment funds for a women shelter

good on you for trying to do somthing good my husband was brought up a few years with his mom in a womans refuge centre and at the time it helped. there is so many people who need places like that i hope you will get the right steps to start one up. keep the good work up in trying to start one.
