Online Poker laws in Australia

I just want to know if it is legal for a person within Australia to deposit & use real money in an online poker site. I know it is illegal for a company to provide this to people in Australia, however this is not really enforced, but are there any consquences for users of these services?

its fully legal for aussies, its the companys responsibility
