Need a Free Blogsite

Hi there really want to start creating my blog site, but I dont know what website is best to create one for free and a site where i can use affiliate programs also to make money. I've been trying to sign in at blogger but its too slow. Please can anybody give me list of blog site where i can sign in.

A good free bloghosting site is at blogspot.com When I started blogging I used this site, and since I'm not very computer savy, they were a big help.
