Who asked for a white christmas!

Whoever wished for a white christmas is officially on my s list! Just kidding but wow we had a huge blizzard here in Denver, CO. It shut down the city for 2 days. With 6 days left till Christmas so it ruined a lot of peoples christmas plans, there are tons of people who werent finished shopping, me included. So today and yesterday the town and stores have been an absolute zoo. Imagine the normal last minute christmas shopping crowd plus everyone in town being stuck inside for two days. Its has been one crazy week for sure! It all the sudden just started dumping snow. We haven't been having bad weather hardly at all this year. But Colorado weather never has made any sense anyway. Did everyone here about this on the news? Does anyone have a story to tell about some type of natural disaster they experienced? Or tell me what you would have done if you lived here during the storm. Is anyone else also from Denver? What was the blizzard like for you?

Ouch, here its as hot as hell, seems like its Easter summer instead of Christams winter. In brazil that is.

no only main roads are plowed and the side streets are just awful

We are still waiting for Christmas presents to arrive due to the snow storm. I live in Castle Rock and we had over 24 inches of snow. OUr street still hasnt been plowed.
Brace yourself, they say that we are getting the same thing coming on Thursday through Friday.
Will it ever stop????

Yeah i heard about that i hope it isnt as bad as they say its going to be. Last i heard was 16 inches
