front desk is called a reception and the person working on reception is called a receptionist.

At our company she is known as the receptionist she also does filing and mail sorting and odd jobs including running out for small things

I believe that should be called Front Desk executive. I mean in all language receptionist understooed " there is a lady. If there is a guy then....so fornt desk executive is good for that

I think customer service executive wud be the rite one..
