A person with lower qualification is more sincere and devoted

Comparing to highly qualified persons who are egoistic and dictatorial attitude, lower qualified persons are more sincere and devoted to work.

hi,thats all funny...thinking that he is sincere,can you made him marketing director/finance director to wal mart...coke company.........personally that impression will helpful to him to some extent only...

I do not think that this is always the case. I know many professionals that have high qualifications for the positions that they are in and they are far from being "egotistical and disctorial". Thank you for your opinion, though.
