Tension headaches feel like a tight band around the head, and may recur for months or years. Headaches caused by brain tumors may worsen rapidly over days or weeks and include symptoms such as vomiting, fits, unsteadiness, numbness, on one side of the body, confusion and blurred vision.

My ex had a brain tumour.He is fine now .Hes fully recovered but you are right he had all those symptoms.I sometimes get the tention headaches but luckily there never anything more.
