I am wondering if anyone has ever read this book? I have read it about three times and find it to be a very touching story. I have asked numerous people if they haver read the book and I always get a "no"response. Has anyone here read this book? If so, what do you think about the story?

It is the book I told you about where the guy gets brain surgery and then regresses...

I have read this story through a book i rescued in a burning library. I also have read it so many times and it doesn't fail to open up my emotions. It's really a very touching story, it even made me cry. I lost copy of the book now, but i promised myself that if ever i can see one i will buy it immediately. I pity Charlie especially when he's starting to regress. Love this book by Daniel Keyes.

I don't know if this post went through or not. I remember reading that book in high school and it was very touching. I later saw the film with Matthew Modine and he did a great job translating the fear he felt after he regressed. If I find that book again I'm going to buy it.
