Is there any way to convert the money of E-Gold to paypal or I mean transfer the money. If there is please tell me because E-Gold useless and paypal is useful.

e-gold is much more precious than paypal, even though paypal does not allow exchanges, but its possible to get extra 10% by selling e-gold to paypal. you could cashout e-gold and get the money in cheque, bankwire or wu. try to find some exchangers out there.

How could E-Gold be precious because there is not many thing that you can buy with egold :(

No there isn't really unless you know someone that will do it and you have to be careful not to get scammed by them. There was one website doing it but it was a scam so I'd watch out!
