You make sure you get enough rest and do not rub your eyes. Use moisturizers and available anti-aging creams with collagen and elastin designed specifically for eyes.

First of all the problem occures because of no sufficient sleep and no good diet.So first take a good diet consisting of more green leefy vegitibles and take minimum 6 hours of sleep every day.Also perform exercise, and see the result the black circles will redice and then perish.
